Every garment comes with a 14 Day Right of Return, so if you change your mind for any reason, we will be pleased to offer an exchange or provide a refund as long as the garment is unworn and the labels are still attached.
Any garment that has been altered, smells of perfume or deodorant cannot be accepted. This does not mean that you cannot try on your new purchase, just that we cannot accept any item that shows signs of wear or use or has been washed or dry cleaned.
The time allowed for the return of garments sold on sale or as a special promotion may be reduced. If so, the change will be noted at the time of purchase.
Our returns policy is in addition to any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act. or Fair Trading Act.
If you believe your item is faulty or feel we have have made an error, please contact us so that we can understand the issues and put things right.
As a consumer, you have various rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. and Fair Trading Act. We take our obligations and your rights seriously, not just because its the law, but because it is the right thing to do.
If you are purchasing from another country, rest assured you are still covered by New Zealand consumer laws, which are very similar to those of Australia and other similar countries.
EASY RETURNS from NEW ZEALAND . . . Your package will include a return courier label so any returns are quick and easy.
Simply attach the Easy Return Label to your package and drop it into a PostShop or to a Courier Post courier. If you use Easy Returns, the courier cost of $8 will be deducted from your refund.
You are also welcome to return your package using your own courier or by NZ Post or you return items in person to any Zebrano store.
Obviously, if you don’t use the Easy return Label we provide then there is not charge.

EASY RETURNS from AUSTRALIA
Easy Returns ($20)
We use DHL to return items to us. Please start by completing the Returns Form here. We will then send you a completed DHL tracking & customs declaration that you will need to print. Easy Returns cost $20 which we deduct from your refund.
If you can’t find the preprinted return address and customs declaration, please EMAIL US and we will send you a copy that you can print out and use.
Return it Yourself
Return items via Australia Post at your cost. We recommend using Standard or Economy Air.
You will need to complete a customs declaration which includes total value. In all cases, total value must be declared as $250 or less.

Responsibility for the return remains with you until it is delivered to Zebrano. This means any tracking or insurance claims for lost packages is between you and your courier service.
Remember to complete the customs declaration with a declared value of $250 or less.
You can choose to have your refund as a credit note or paid back to you. If you choose a credit note, the credit will be recorded against your name and can be used on any future purchase at any time.
If you would like the refund paid to you, it will be paid using the same payment method used for the original purchase. For credit cards, the refund is normally paid to the same credit card that you used for the purchase.
Refunds are normally paid on the day that we receive the items back. On the odd occasion we can be delayed, in which case we will process it the following day.
For non-NZ credit cards, it can take up to 10 days for a refund to appear on your statement. Unfortunately we cannot control the bank processing times.
Pay As You Wear (PAYW)
PAY AS YOU WEAR is a payment plan that lets you wear your choice of fashion now – and pay it off in installments.
How it works
Make any purchase in-store over $300, pay a 50% deposit, and you can take the clothes away and start wearing them.
You pay the remaining 50% over the following two months. We simply charge your credit card.
PAYW is available for in-store purchases only.

get all your seasons fashion needs sorted at the start of the season, you can wear them all season while spreading your payments.
Upon starting a Pay As You Wear and paying the deposit, you become the owner of the garments.
The outstanding amount becomes a debt to Zebrano which you agree to repay in installments over the following two months.
You provide us with your credit card details and authorise us to charge the outstanding amounts to that card.
PAYW is free – we do not charge a set up fee or interest on PAYW balances.
Pay As You Wear is offered at our discretion and we may decline the service to any person for any reason.
We keep a record of your authorised credit card number and debit the installments on or around the due date.
The due date is normally one month and two months from the purchase date, i.e if your purchase was 14 February, your first installment would be 14 March and the second installment would be 14 April.
If for any reason the amount charged to your credit card is declined we will contact you for an alternative means of payment.
If an amount remains outstanding for more than 14 days, then the debt will be referred to a debt collection agency and all costs incurred by Zebrano in the recovery of the debt are payable by you.
Items purchased on PAYW are owned by you but they can be returned as part of our normal returns policy that applies to all completed sales.
Upon returning a garment or garments, we will apply the refund first to any outstanding PAYW balance and then refund any remaining amount to your credit card.
Gift Vouchers can be purchased in store or online.
We prefer to assign the gift Voucher to the name of the receiver. When they shop with Zebrano, the Gift Voucher will automatically be available to them and they don’t need to present us with the voucher.
If it is lost or stolen, it will remain available for use only by the receiver.
You may redeem your Gift Voucher online or at any Zebrano store.
If you’re shopping in store and would like some time to think about a style, we can place it on hold for you .
Holds are normally for up to 48 hours but they can be extended to 5 days if you need extra time to get to a store. While we may allow items to be held for longer, we cannot guarantee they will remain unsold. This is because they will become available online and for our other stores to request the item.
