We are pleased to offer FREE RETURNS on all online purchases. Changed your mind, the fit not quite right, your partner doesn’t like it . . . you can now return it and we’ll pay the costs.
Returns from New Zealand – we’ll provide you with a return courier label in your package. Simply attach the label to your return package and drop it into a PostShop or to a Courier Post agency or courier.
Returns from Australia – Simply complete the Pickup Request form. We will process it and send you a completed DHL tracking & customs declaration that you will need to print.

Each style is individually measured and myFIT adjusts for garment type, fabric type and style detailing. myFIT will compare each size to your measurements and offer fit guidance.

CURRENCY & TAXES
All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars and are either NZ GST Inclusive or Exclusive depending on your delivery address setting.
If your order is being sent outside of New Zealand, your purchase will be NZ GST free.
Payments are charged in NZ$. The amount that shows on your credit card in your local currency will depend on the exchange rate used by your credit card company.
We accept Visa and Mastercard for online purchases.
If for any reason your order is cancelled or less that the original payment a refund will be issued.
You can pay by Internet Banking in New Zealand and Australia. Complete your online order by selecting the Internet Banking payment option in the Shopping Cart. When we have received your order and it is ready to be dispatched, we will email you with our NZ or Australian bank account number (as appropriate), along with the amount to be paid.
If you wish to pick your items up from one of our stores, you can elect to Pay in Store, and use any of our in store payment options including Cash, Eftpos, Pay As You Wear or Layby.

There are no big warehouses stocked with fashion and robots picking and packing stock. Zebrano has a boutique approach to fashion and we may need collate your order with stock from multiple Zebrano locations. If so, it may take a couple of days before your order is ready to be dispatched. If you need your items urgently please let us know and we can will advise you if we can meet your needs.

Your order will be dispatched via Courier Post.
We offer fixed price $7 delivery to most towns and cities. Delivery is normally 1-2 days from dispatch.
Delivery to rural addresses can take a few extra days (3-5 days). Rural delivery is a fixed price of $12.
We can courier to PO Boxes within New Zealand.
CLICK & COLLECT
Click & Collect allows you to purchase items online and collect from your favourite Zebrano stores in NZ. Please note your pick up store in the delivery instructions on the cart page.
We offer fixed price $25 delivery to Australia using DHL. Delivery is normally 1 to 3 days from date of dispatch.
Delivery must be to a physical address as DHL cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
REST OF THE WORLD
We can ship to most countries via DHL or NZ Post. The cost varies between locations but can be between $25 and $75 depending on the country and size of the order. Depending on your country you may be required to import duties when the parcel arrives. Please check before ordering to avoid surprises and unexpected costs.
We understand that not every purchase is exactly right, so we have made returns easy. Every garment whether purchased online or in-store comes with a 14 day right of return AND it’s absolutely FREE.
You can change your mind, send anything back that doesn’t fit or wasn’t quite what you were expecting it to look like. If this is the case don’t worry, we will provide you with a full refund less the shipping costs, provided the garments are returned to us in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all labels attached intact within 14 Days of receiving your order.
FREE returns from New Zealand

FREE returns from Australia
You can now send your return via our DHL service, absolutely free! Simply complete the Pickup Request form. We will process it and send you a completed DHL tracking & customs declaration that you will need to print.
We aim to process your refund or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your package. Refunds are made to the credit card number that you used to make the original purchase. If you paid by internet banking, we will pay the refund to your bank account.
Courier charges are not refundable under our 14 Day Right of Return. However, if the garment is faulty or we have made an error, your courier costs will be refunded.
