Discounts are off normal retail
Unless otherwise stated, discounts are quoted as being off the original/normal retail price.
We may use price rounding for promotional or discounted prices. For example an item with a normal retail of $99 with 50% off, would become $50 (not $49.50).

Free Shipping applies to our standard delivery methods. You may still select a premium shipping method, but there will be a cost associated with this.
If Free Shipping was applied to an order and part or all of the order is returned negating the Free Shipping Terms, the normal shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Acceptance or cancellation of your order
Our acceptance of your order and the completion of the sale will take place when we dispatch your goods.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to the goods being dispatched.

Out of Stock
We update our sites product availability regularly, however on occasion an item you have ordered online may not be available.
If this happens, we will contact you to discuss alternative options which could include waiting while we re-order the item, selecting an alternative colour or style or you may choose to cancel part or all of the remainder.
Pricing and other Errors
While we try and ensure that all prices and other information on our website is accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order with the corrections or cancelling it.
If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars and payments are processed in NZ dollars.
For international transactions, your credit card company will convert the amount to your local currency using their exchange rates and may include a transaction fee.
Any prices shown in currency other than NZD are estimates only. The final amount you pay will depend on the rates and fees applied by your credit card provider.
The tax amount included in the displayed price is based on your delivery address setting. The final tax amount will be applied at the check out when your address is confirmed.
All refunds are processed in NZ dollars.
Refunds are made to the credit card number that you used to make the original purchase.
If you paid by internet banking, we will pay the refund to your bank account.
For international refunds, the amount showing as refunded in your local currency will depend upon the exchange rate and exchange fees charged by your credit card provider at the time the refund is processed. Therefore the final amount you receive may be slightly more or less than your original payment.
We will deliver to the address provided by you. You must ensure the address details are complete and accurate. If your order is being delivered to a business or building, please make sure you have provided all information for the package to be delivered to the correct location.
If you request your order to be delivered without a signature or left in an non secure location, then we will pass those instructions to the courier. However, they may have their own delivery policies that take precedence.
Your order is insured until it has been delivered however incorrect address details or non-standard delivery instructions may void a claim in the event of a missing or damaged package.
We will happily repair, exchange or refund faulty items in line with the terms of the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Each claim is assessed and sometimes we seek advice from a third party if the fault or remedy is outside our expertise.
Where a claim is accepted, courier fees are normally refunded.
If an item is noted as “Not Returnable”, this only applies to Zebrano Returns Policy and does not effect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
While online or in-store, you may give us information about yourself when, for example, you sign up for newsletters, add your myFit details or make a purchase. By giving us this information we can continue to deliver you the very best service and communication possible.

Updating your personal information
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and/or request that corrections or changes are made to it.
If you prefer not to receive marketing emails, please click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Zebrano email you receive. You will still receive non-marketing emails such as those that are specific to e-commerce transactions or emails addressed and sent specifically to you by our team.
Who can access your information
We do not sell, publish or give away information to third parties that can be directly associated with you.
If we suspect your order is for non-personal use, we may share your details and order history with the owner (or agents) of the copywrite of the items ordered.
In some circumstances, we may be required to disclose information to the government. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to disclose information to law enforcement or other government officials if it is demanded in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us to legal liability.
What if we are hacked
Although we use industry standard practices to protect your privacy, we cannot be certain that our servers or systems are immune from unlawful access and in such circumstances we cannot guarantee that your personally identifiable information will remain private.
Transfer of Zebrano operations
In the event the the ownership of Zebrano or its operations are sold or transferred to another party who is continuing to operate as a fashion business, then your details will be transferred as part of the Zebrano business

Credit card security
Zebrano partners with Paystation to provide the most secure payment system available.
When we process a refund to your credit card, the refund can only be paid to the card you used for the original sale transaction.

Our Auckland & Hamilton stores are now at Level 3 which means our team are in-store and you can use our pick up from the store or contactless delivery. In Auckland, there are currently courier delays due to high courier volumes.
Our other stores are open. If you are visiting us in store, you just need to scan in and mask up (but if you forget to bring one, thats ok, we will give you one free).
Our returns and refund policy makes shopping during Covid19 easy….. our 14-day returns applies from when you receive your items and you can choose a refund, store credit, or an exchange – it’s your choice.
