Our Zebrano team recently embarked on our annual team day of fun, and it was an eventful day filled with laughter, bonding, and unforgettable experiences. Our team members travelled from all corners of the country to make this day special.

Lunch and Laughs

We kicked off our day with a delightful gathering of both old and new team members over a scrumptious lunch at the Foxglove Bar & Kitchen. The atmosphere was fantastic, and it provided the perfect backdrop for team building and camaraderie. We couldn't help but relish the treats and the opportunity to catch up with our fellow team members.

We loved discovering the unique 'secret bar' tucked away behind an oak wardrobe. This hidden gem offered us breathtaking views of Wellington's stunning waterfront, adding an extra layer of magic to our day.

The World of Wearable Arts Show: A Sensation

The pièce de résistance of our day was undoubtedly the World of Wearable Arts (WOW) show. It's an iconic Wellington experience that left us in awe. The stage came alive with an array of incredible wearable art creations, breathtaking dancers, mesmerizing aerialists, and soul-stirring music.

Here are our Head Office team's favorite garments showcased during the show:

"Love Me Tender" caught the eye of our Marketing Specialist, Mackenzie. She was enamored by the contrast between the wings and the silhouette. "Captain King Midas" was the standout for our director, Jenny. She loved the overall silhouette and the captivating oddness of the look. "Waste Mountain" earned praise from our Marketing Manager, Annabelle. She found the creation clever with an unexpected twist. "I Fold" was the personal favorite of our Stock Manager, Sonja. She admired the silhouette and was intrigued by the construction and materials used.

Closing the day

After the excitement of the WOW show, we gathered over a drink for a team debrief at the Dockside Restaurant & Bar on Queens Wharf. It was a fantastic day spent with the Zebrano team, filled with shared experiences and newfound connections.
