The Damask Roses New 40’s Dress is made from twill rayon that has a slightly satin lustre and feels very soft. This dress has all the drape of a classic 40’s frock seen in the movies and is very feminine. It is fitted through the bodice and features a high waist seam and low V-neck. It has lovely bracelet-length full sleeves and the long skirt is loose and A-lined. The dress features flap pockets with button detailing and makes a great work or event dress. This original print by Megan Salmon features big cabbage roses printed onto damask cotton. Designed in Fremantle, Western Australia, and made responsibly in Southeast Asia.
